We recently moved to the Omaha area and were looking for a good place for donuts. And Dunkin Is not it. These were the best donuts ever! Great flavor, wonderful texture and generous amounts of filling. Will definitely be visiting on the regular.

I stopped by when passing through Omaha and it happened to be national donut day! We tried a bunch of different donuts. The croissant was probably my favorite. All were tasty, just a tad greasy for me. Cute little spot with good variety.

Still the best.....no other donuts come close... They are just darn good... Let's just say a slogan once said..."You just can't have one." Stop in and get a few for the drive home, then a dozen further family. Hey, did I tell ya they have great cookies, cakes, and bread. Olsen's Bakery....YUM!!!!!

Solid donuts, and friendly staff. Came recommended and didn't disappoint. Will go back, which I don't say about most donut places.

Best Kringle this side of the Mississippi. Special orders okay. Almond Kringle is my favorite!

Glazed croissants Donuts!!!!! To die foryall should name these crack croissants. My husband told me about you guys and he learned about you from Work buddies. He's a donut connoisseur so I'm sure we will become regulars.

A non descriptive outside in a mostly residential near downtown neighborhood, Olsen Bake Shop is a-must stop any morning while in Omaha. Closes at 12:30 pm. Enter and you'll be greeted by a pleasant lady who will quickly and efficiently wait on you. A second lady was preparing baked goods in the back. Everything looks like it might've in the 1960's. Super, Super Clean! The doughnuts are so fresh. The ingredients high quality and delicious. Each doughnut is super light. Cost for one doughnut and several doughnut holes was $1.50. Highly recommended.

Great mom and pop type bakery. I wish there more of them. Donuts were very fresh, service was friendly and quick. There was a line but it moved very fast. Had to chuckle as there were two police officers in line ahead of us.

I had read about Olsen Bake Shop while researching where to eat in Omaha and I'm really glad I took the time to stop in. It was a bit out of the way of my hotel, but it's on a main strip and I had a pleasant time walking over. It isn't open too late so you need to get there early. When I arrived, I was the only patron in there and there were three people eager to help me. I ended up ordering a couple of donuts and a kolache (I love kolaches but they're hard to find near me in DC so I was delighted to find them here). The donuts were melt in your mouth fresh and I savored every bite. The kolache itself was great, but the raspberry filling tasted very artificial, which was a letdown. They didn't really have anywhere to sit to eat their treats so I walked down the street and sat on the lawn of a local school. Highly recommend!
